Entrance	The front entrance from the main road is permanently closed, in spite of a community petition and press coverage of the accessibility implications. Pedestrians have to get in by going along the road towards the car park to reach the rear entrance. The turning down this route from the main pavement is a narrow, blind corner with a slight slope. The rest of the route is level, along a marked-off section of the road (not a pavement). The automatic doors at the entrance sometimes fail to recognise wheelchair users. The inner automatic doors sometimes do not open fully, leaving only a narrow space which is wide enough for some wheelchairs but may be too small for others.
Inside	Level access to all parts of the shop and checkouts.
Outdoor areas	Step-free access thoughout the car park, with some slopes.
Toilets, etc.	Toilets are past the checkouts and to the right. There is a wheelchair-accessible full-room bathroom.
Parking
Notes	A transit wheelchair is available near the checkouts (unknown functionality). A bench is placed near the checkouts. There are both manned and self-checkouts.

Entrance	Two small steps lead up to the narrow double doors. Inside is a very small lobby, with the inner door at an angle from the front door.
Inside	Level access. Counter is standing height. Some areas are packed full of stuff closely enough that a wheelchair wouldn't be able to get through.
Outdoor areas	None.
Toilets, etc.	None.
Parking	None.
Notes	They like the idea of getting a ramp, but the height of the step at the front door means that there would not be very much pavement for a wheelchair to manouevre onto it. The door faces the corner of the pavement, so a wheelchair user would be perilously close to the corner of a main road, with cars turning sometimes quite quickly. There would not be space for a person pushing a wheelchair to stand on the pavement to push the wheelchair onto the ramp.

Inside	Level access throughout the ground floor. There are staircases and a lift to access all the higher floors. The basement floor is only accessible by a staircase.
