MoMA (Museum of Modern Art)

Entrance	The front door on the pavement of the main road has a step up, and the pavement is too narrow to fit a ramp. The wheelchair access door is around the right hand side of the building, through the metal gates.
Inside	Once you're through the door, there's the front entrance room to the left, which has three steps down and is the only part of the museum/gallery that is not wheelchair accessible during the museum's open hours. There's the flight of stairs to the next floor ahead of you, which can be ignored. And to the right there is a café and bar area, which contains the lift to all other areas of the museum. The lift is very small. It will fit one person in a wheelchair, but not a second person standing. The lift provides access to all floors. There is a wheelchair lift platform between the mezzanine and the ground floor for access to the barn at the back of the building. It's more complicated to use than the lift, so you may need assistance.
Outdoor areas	There is a paved, uncovered outdoor area between the metal gates and the Tabernacle, which contains a stone table and stone bench that cannot be moved; they are not obstructive.
